“Blooming at Home” is a mother-led early learning initiative. The program is designed to support and coach parents/caregivers to engage the child in rich learning experiences at home.
Home is the first space that a child encounters and is often called the “third teacher” in the “Reggio-Emilia Approach”. Having a safe prepared learning environment can enhance the child’s curiosity around learning– helping them thrive in these precious early years.
At “Blooming at Home”, we believe that every child is like a flower that blooms at its own pace. Though with a caring adult in a space where they feel loved, the children can be challenged without any pressure. This work is purely child-led and guides the adult to cater to their child’s needs.

It’s a great course for mothers willing to help their children with reading and I liked how structured and step by step it was. You gave ample ideas on how to execute each step and I haven’t taken down as many notes about something ever since college 😆 it is so well designed covering each aspect of reading. It makes us realise that it’s not only about identifying the alphabets. There’s so much preparation that has to go into it. More importantly I want to highlight how it has helped me understand my child with a speech delay so much better.

I watched the recordings of the workshop and even as a German I could understand her very well. The course covered absolutely every single aspect of phonological awareness in an easy to understand format.
